I'm wondering if folks have thoughts or experiences on this issue. In my job, I could work from home 4 or perhaps even 5 days a week if I wanted to (I know this is very lucky. It is also one of several reasons that I can't even consider getting a new job unless my nasal problems improve). I am posting it in this category because it is mostly a question about my therapeutic environment. Basically, here's the decision:
1) I could usually work at home with humidifiers and treatment whenever I needed it. I would have work to do on the computer during the day, but much less human interaction and much less to distract from my nose (which is a problem because I already think about it way too much).
2) I could keep working in the office, where the air is often bone dry and may be irritating my nose (I have measured the humidity). Also, it can be stessful talking to people face-to-face when I am having a rough day. But the office is also helpful for keeping my body active and distracting me from my nose.
