Im not sure if I have ens but i do suffer with some s.o.b. and troubles sleeping at night since my last nose surgery. I have had front section of my inferior turbinates removed, however with mucosa intact. I have lately tried using breathing stripes that are used for snorers and widening the nose, under the nostril areas to create more resistance so can get more lung capacity of air. It seems to help somewhat, i've only tried it a few times usually couple hours before falling asleep. I use larger size strip as a catch under the nostrils and stick it to sides of your nose without touching the middle section between your nostrils. You don't want to close off your nostril area, just loosely block it partially. Hopefully someone can benefit from this who's suffering with e.n.s.
