Here's the bottom line.

For people who have very little tissue, alloderm would be more practical. But others that have a significant amount 70%+ might want to do cymetra, and it would be very reasonable for them to do this. getting both also works very well, I mean, that is what I did and the results have been great. But if you are seriously thinking about getting augmentations, you really just need to sit down and have a talk with dr. Houser. and together you could decide what is best for you. Many of us on the board can give you advise, and help narrow down options, but ENS is largely subjective, and discussing it with doctor houser is really the only way to for you come up with a better conclusion.
