Cymetra cannot compete with alloderm as far as how much tissue can be augmented in one session. But I still find cymetra superior to alloderm over all. And it can easily augment as much tissue as alloderm in multiple sessions. I find that about 3 cymetra injections are equivalent to one alloderm implant. Alloderm doesn't feel as natural as cymetra either.

Soko, if you need a huge amount of tissue to be built up right away, than alloderm would probably be your best option. But I believe cymetra is safer, and is less damaging to the tissue. (not that alloderm causes much damage either though) Its also harder to over augment when you are doing smaller amounts over time.
