Canada,
regarding your case - as I recall you have about 30% of your posterior ITs missing, that's much more than 15%. What's more, I said "some people" and I said that it takes years...
I never said that vitamins and all that other stuff won't make you feel better, only that it won't grow resected turbinates back. And increasing back the volume of the turbinates is the only way to improve or cure the symptoms of ENS.
All I'm saying is that one has to straighten out one's priorities and understand the facts as they are if one is to help oneself get over ENS.

You mention Anthony: well then what has he done? - exactly what I'm recommending: He went to Dr Houser years ago and got Alloderm implants into both his ITs. This was the major step he took which brought about the most relief. Then after that he gradually improved the result with 5 Cymetra augmentations, which he got from a local doctor, not from Dr Houser. He also took all kind of supplements during that period, and reported some additional improvement, but none of those injections nor the supplements helped like his last sixth Cymetra injection, which was this time administered in a completely different place and by Dr Houser. He told me he was sorry that he waisted so much time in that other clinic and that he wish he'd done the Cymetra injection with Dr Houser ages ago.

So there you have it: Rebuilding back the normal geometry of the inner nose through Alloderm implants causes the biggest improvement in ENS symptoms that can be achieved and this time. Anything else - supplements, constant irrigations, etc' - will help maintain the health of the remaining tissues, but will not rebuild the resected inner nasal geometry, which is the only way to fix ENS.
