I been saying this since I joined the forum. my left feels rather normal. my right the septum is pushing out. feels like there's gaping hole in there. I could stick my finger all the in there if I wanted to. constantly get turbulent airflow.  my surgeon did significantly more damage to my right. removed a lot of tissue. feels like most air I inhale through their bypasses the turbs and gets sucked right into the lungs without being filtered and humidified. constantly feel internal coldness and can't sleep. sometimes the nasal cycle saves me and my right IT gets swollen and I feel normal that's quite rare tho. I read somewhere on this forum that surgeons always do one side worse then other. for me I feel like there is missing tissue that will never be replaced. my best hope is more injections to get the IT blocking up the empty space. if you really do have ENS I hope you can afford injections.
