This is one of those controversial topics that keeps coming up on the forum. It is hard for many people suffering with ENS to imagine that someone could have a turbinectomy and be able to live normally. I can understand why people would feel that way as it is difficult for me to see how any turbinate surgery can be a good thing. Still, there is evidence that there are people that believe a turbinate procedure helped them and there is also examples of people with full turbinectomies that appear to be OK. IMHO, it is important to acknowledge that some people are OK with full turbinectomies so that we represent ourselves more objectively and thus are not so easily lumped into a category of people that exaggerate our condition and just have some mental health issue.

So if I want a full turbinectomy right now theres is a chance of being healed?

One school of thought is that for some uncertain reason some people do not respond/heal well to nasal surgery. So someone that did not heal well from an initial surgery would probably not respond/heal well from additional surgeries.
