To nose1, I think I havent explained myself properly, my opinion is that redirecting the airflow within the inferior turbinate region makes no difference because the inferior turbinate is damaged as a unit, however redirecting the airflow to the middle and superior turbinates (untouched) Im sure can bring relief. I had implants done myself to replicate that however I would not strongly recommend them since I dont consider the benefit really worth the cost from my experience..
For the second question I dont have an answer, I know it isnt being injected blood directly but something is making me do a click and feel ok/normal for awhile best ever since I got ens, my analogy is the best way I can explain why that "click" happens. I say that because I exclude that nerves dont heal in 5 minutes after the injection. I also know that swelling alone by closing the airway is not what gives me that feeling of being alive because I can do that with my fingers or cotton and its nothing like it. A million things can also be happening but I have a strong feeling that giving the inferior turbinates that boost of blood and platelets is making them work normaly for some time. That is why I relate it to a blood supply/malfunction of the turbinate and not simply by receptors of signals.

To Absolutelyfurious I feel better than when I started the treatments. I just feel kind of sad (lots) because after the injections I feel cured and free of ens and it really its an awesome feeling.. when the effect passes the suffocation comes again but If I had to describe it maybe in a more relaxed and better state?
