Now I'm lucky to get 2 hrs of sleep straight, and I average only 1.5 of sleep straight. I too wake up throughout the night with tons of dreams. It seems I cannot get into a deep state of sleep. Doesn't matter no pills, melatonin, calms forte, ambien, ambien CR, Lunesta, a few others... NOTHING keeps me asleep. This is the worse part of ENS for me. The sleep deprivation breaks me down so it's harder to cope with the other ENS symptoms. It's a vicious cycle that's impossible to break.
