Also,
how where the turbinates reduced before? (Radio frequency, cauterize, surgery (cutting), etc)

If you stick your clean finger up your nose (DEEP) and touch your septum/turbinates; will you get moisture on your finger?

Hi cr250bronco,

The answer to the first part of the question is included in my previous reply.
I just tried to stick my pinky finger in both of my nostrils, and I was able to get a slight amout of clear/yellowish mucous out. I remember two years ago, my nose was extremely dry and every breathe I took, I felt burning sensation inside my nasal cavities. I used to have very bad dry eye / burning sensation in my eyes as well.

Right now, I feel that my nose are better in terms of dryness, it is still dry, but definately a lot better than two years ago. And my eyes are less dry as well. I dont know how did my nose became less dry within these two years. I drink more water everyday, and I take fish oil/ olive oil and sometimes flaxseed oil. During winter time before i go to bed, I put nasal gel in my nostrils and this helps me to relieve some nasal dryness. Hope these info could help you guys to relieve some dryness in the nose as well.
