I have kinda the same thing. Although reduced I still have my turbinates. but breathing at rest can be a chore let alone trying to do any cardio. Although I really believe its the fact my sinus ostias were very agressivly removed I really think the sinus weren't designed to be that open for active people especially if they breath throught their nose very well, i could do cardio for hours and not use my mouth at all, now nothing.

I had no breathing or sinus pain before the surgery at all and now that is all I live with.

I was also on levequin before the surgery. I wonder if something bad is in it.

My headaches started after taking Augmentin, is there anything bad in that.
