For the people that see the immediate benefit of the injection, my guess is that the injection creates inflammation, and that inflammation provided immediate relief by creating volume and activating the turbinate response. Then, as the inflammation subsides, your turbinates begin to go back to where they were. The therapy, however, as far as wound healing, isn't going to happen immediately, so I think those immediate responses should be discarded and anything permanent is going to occur from the long term wound healing. I'm not sure, if we can even guess how long that process might take. Can anyone with the injections comment on the timeline they noticed from the injections, and after any initial benefit, if they were able to notice long term healing and how long that process took?
