Just asking because this is one of my current predicaments at the moment.Well, from my experience, I know some doctors perform septum repairs differently. Some doctors try to fix and straighten the septum by cutting away more and more pieces of septum hoping it forms a straight line. The really good (hard to find) ENTs rebuild and straighten your septum using a special plastic.
