Could you please let us know where did you receive it ?Is there any doctor in California does this ? I was reading one of your old post and understand that you have contacted Dr Berman from LA regarding this. Is this the doctor who did this PRP injection for you ? Could you please give us some details? Thanks a lot Nose My experiences with PRP are fairly well documented through a number of posts on this section of the forum as well as the PRP section of the forum. You can find a lot more details by looking through there. However, I will give a brief summary. I have received a couple of injections from Dr. Donde as well as Dr. Bodlaj. I think both doctors are very good doctors, understand ENS well, charge a reasonable price compared to others and do a good job with PRP. I am still in the progress of receiving injections since Dr. Bodlaj has said that he has seen good results with up to 6-8 injections. Although I am not cured and still have breathing problems, I have received benefit from PRP. My turbinates used to feel very stiff and unnatural and now that feel has been greatly alleviated and I have a nasal cycle again. My vestibule of the nose was very itching and irritated and a constant nuisance and that feeling has pretty much gone away. My pain has also reduced. There is some additional moisture and color to my turbinates but they are still too pale and too dry but I am "hoping" that further PRP will improve that but that is still to be determined. I did talk to Dr. Berman a fairly long time ago but I was not overly impressed. I chose to got elsewhere. Since that time I have touched base with a number of people that have considered getting treated by him and the overall feedback is that between him and his office, they were very difficult to work with. At this point, I don't think it is a very good alternative. I know people have been looking for PRP in the US and I have seen claims that doctors are willing to do it, but have not found evidence of a true alternative for PRP in the US at this time.
