Thanks. I just wanted to add that I had a dry nose (nothing like now of course) for a few months before sinus surgery. First time ever it was dry. I also was unable to breathe through my nose at all for about a month before surgery.

I never felt anything go down my throat, nor did I have to hard swallow stuff. Like I said, I had no idea what PND was. I had some morning cough, but never felt anyting go down my throat in my life.

My question is, did the dry nose or blocked nose before surgery have an impact? Just want to make sure before I start blaming everything on the surgery to the ENT who did my surgery.

Also, why can't I seem to cough up, or otherwise manage to get at the thick stuff I swallow? I have been curious to see if it is colored etc, so I can describe it to my Dr.
