I read that Dehydration can also cause panic attacks, its starting to make sense to me.
I always have dry eyes and my nostrils are also feel very dry when i wake up in the morning, but how can i be dehydrated if im not even thirsty.
Often times thirst can be a sign of being very dehydrated. I recall an old saying about thirst during heavy exercise which was that if you waited to drink when you were thirsty, then you are already dehydrated. So you should try to drink a proper amount of water and not wait for thirst to determine your hydration level. Your issues may be affected by dehydration, but it is probably more than just that.
