Unfortunately it is not banned at all. If there are less sufferers is because most people rely on the public health system where they are not interested in operating you because there´s not money to be made. Unfortunetaly some of us went to private health where greedyness and money causes the same problems as in the USA


I hear you jabato. I am in Australia and the exact same thing happened to me. Most rely on the public system but we are increasingly promoting the private health system (so Govt saves $) but unfortunately with private health system comes greedy doctors who do operations purely to make money on you.
