Hi there Rich, Yes I feel the same way. In fact you can see I made a similar post 4 posts below this one. I can sleep when I have a cold and I do not have the constant allergic reactions because my nose is a wall of mucus. My posterior nasopharynx, is usually very dry and is very vulnerable to allergens, of which I have too many, but with a cold virus it is coated in mucus.

I think that good sleep can help a lot. I am trying to improve my sleep, went to a sleep clinic over Friday night. good wishes. Lino

I wear a poly-cotton ski mask to be productive. Alergies are very severe. Have a challenging time moving forward in conquering this condition due to poor endurance from a bad episode of anaphylactic shock in 2001.
