Sure, buy a bunch of plants that humidify the air and put them in your house and now your house is much like a green house. It may take some time to learn how to keep them alive and well but it may help. Although I think the extra oxygen may not be good because of below.

Hyperventlation I think this means that your body is absorbing too much oxygen. Just read through this,

When the oxygen is low carbon dioxide is high. When oxygen is high carbon dioxide in low. When you hyperventilate your carbondioxide is low meaning your oxygen is elevated. Does this make sense?
