Oh, I misunderstood. But my PCP's office called today and said she had reached Dr. Houser's secretary and at the time she was in the process of sending the documentation to the insurance company that they claim they did not get. Maybe that will help. I asked Dr. Houser to call the doctor on the letter I received, as it said, so I hope he calls. That may do it.
