Stop putting that honey in your nose. I doubt very much that it was what helped you in the first place...

Cut down your irrigations to once a day and force yourself, no matter how dry you feel to do more physical activity.
for keeping your nose more moist to help you sleep better do these things:

Spray sesame oil in your nose (NozOil)

Make sure your head is elevated, preferably with a reclining bed.

Try sleeping with a humidifier

Try getting a machine that pumps regular air into small nasal tubes that fit into your vestibules. Adjust the pressure as you wish. This will increase the airflow sensation in your nose.

You have got over your infection. You are now suffering from post surgical and post infection dryness. It's time to work your nose like a muscle by pumping blood to it. Too many irrigation will make your mucosa too "lazy" in a sense. Your system needs to feel the dryness to counter react properly and it will if you stimulate it by lots of exercise and healthy living.
