I have been spending a lot of time furthering my nose inserts and have come up with something that has helped me greatly. These are cheap and easy to make.
I am leaving the old document up there from my Earlier post called ENS Inserts (search it if you want) they were some earlier ideas and starting points for me that still may help someone.
I have heard some feedback that someone tried something and it hurt. Nothing should hurt! That is a sign to stop and modify the fit, or try something else. The new ENS "clips" do not and should not go very far in. The actual size of the clip length wise should not be longer than 1-1.25" max. These go right up to the Nasal Valve area but not into sensitive areas. I recommend washing them daily to prevent germs or infection. I have not had an issue in 3 months of using them.
I created a new file and my anonymous helper has hosted it to a website so that all of you can download it. I hope this helps some of you. Please share feedback/experiences for others. Parker
